If you're into yoga, you know who this amazing man is, and if you don't, head on over to your free yoga workout section immediately (we've added some of his classes there). This is one of those cases where it's well worth it to get your hands on some of his dvds, since he rarely posts a full length class on youtube, but you have plenty to choose from in his many dvds or online classes. They range from beginner to advanced, and from restorative to power yoga, vinyasa, ashtanga and even Iyengar. Such a treat!

If you've seen Julianne on dancing with the stars you know nobody dances quite like her. Now we're lucky enough to have her teach us some dance moves. One of my favorite dance workouts bar none. She's amazing! The routines make you sweat, scratch your head, think you're never going to get it, and then one day... you're dancing!
