We’re back with season 8 everyone! I’m so excited for this upcoming season of the podcast and I can’t wait to share with you all what we have in store.
Today’s episode of the podcast will be a bit of an informal unscripted chit chat, in which I’ll be sharing a bit of a summer recap (lots of things happened this summer at the Brownble household and I can’t wait to share them), a brief run through of what’s in store this season in the podcast, including a fun new series of episodes called “Table Talk”, but we’ll especially be talking about the benefits of taking a break, hitting the pause button, about taking breaks without feeling guilty or waiting for permission, and my long struggle in this particular area.
We won’t have a written version of today’s episode as it’s a more informal conversation, but I’ll be sharing some fun personal photos for all the stories below, and of course, tune in and listen to the episode through the play button above, or on iTunes or your favorite podcast app!
