In today's episode I'll be introducing you to the wonderful framework of intuitive eating by discussing what it is and what it isn't, in the hopes that you'll be inspired to find out more, read the book and use its wonderful wisdom to help improve your relationship with food and find peace with it. There are so many misconceptions about intuitive eating out there, and it can be so helpful, especially if you've struggled through years of dieting, or the restrictive-binge eating/emotional eating loop. We also discuss a big question, can we be ethical vegans AND practice the principles of intuitive eating? There's so much to get into in this episode, and we'll continue the conversation in part 2 next week.
