We'll be discussing some common struggles, such as spending time with friends and family who may not understand your dietary choices, dealing with unsupportive or even angry or hostile comments from non-vegans, and more. We'll also share some tips and tricks for overcoming these challenges and finding a supportive community. Most of all I share the one mistake most vegans make when these struggles come up, and how a mindset shift can help you navigate this path with more support.
