The Roadmap is an online course designed to teach you how to go vegan or make more vegan choices in a way that is delicious, simple, and that allows you to find your very own sweet spot when switching to a vegan diet. Who are we anyway?


I’m Kim. I’m a teacher, a certified plant based cook, and together with my partner in crime, my husband Carlos, doctor (MD) and online tech/filming fanatic, we're the creators and co-founders of brownble.com, the "My Brownble Online Program", and "The Roadmap" along with other cooking courses, and creators of The Brownble Podcast.

I'm also a premium content contributor for Vegan Outreach and the Food Choices Academy for Health Studies, and I'm on a mission to help people make more vegan choices, get back in the kitchen, cook delicious vegan meals, while falling in love with the simplicity of food and cooking again, while making kinder choices in and out of the kitchen. You'll be seeing and hearing me throughout the lessons, but Carlos is as much part of The Roadmap and what we'll teach you in this course.


I'm Carlos, I'm a practicing medical doctor and the co-founder of Brownble. Aside from my private practice, and together with my wife Kim, I've co-created this course to help you on this quest to making more vegan choices or go vegan, in a way that is safe, responsible and with ongoing support.

You'll see and hear Kim in the videos and audios (she LOVES to teach), and I'll be behind the camera and in charge of overseeing all things health related when it comes to this course.
