Who teaches the course?

Kim is a teacher and certified plant-based cook and your instructor for the course.

She is the co-founder of, co-creator of the My Brownble Online Program, The Roadmap, Melt, and now Tofu Mastery. She is on a mission to get people back in the kitchen, creating delicious vegan meals and getting back in touch with the simplicity and joy of eating and cooking again. She is a tofu hater to tofu lover convert, and in this course, shares all her tofu secrets with you.
